I'm getting married in a few months and my fiancé has a credit line of 150k on her credit cards. If she adds me to her card will my credit line reflect her limitations on a credit report?

No.
The Fico score is well aware of piggy backing and they will not allow this to change or improve your credit score.
It will not affect you in any way.
Why don't you get your own credit card?

Others may assume that you meant Credit Line.
