Best beginner sewing machine under $80?

I know this has been asked before, but every answer I've found just advises to go to a store and shop around for what the machine will be used for. I would like a specific make and model on a good beginner's sewing machine at or under $80. It doesn't need to handle really heavy-duty material, only stuff like fleece and felt and quilting fabric.

I've never used a sewing machine before, but I've done much hand-sewing in the past several years. The machine wouldn't need to have many complicated stitches, just the basics. Also, I would prefer if it didn't require too much maintenance, as I've heard some older models need to be oiled, etc.

$80 or less is the ideal price for a new machine, as I've heard that buying a beginner machine on eBay or craigslist is not ideal, but I'm also welcome to suggestions for slightly higher-priced models if I can shop around online.

Thanks!

I know you said you wanted specific model but I don't really know those.

Just go to Joann fabrics and ask for advise there. The last sewing machine I saw in their catalog was about $70

At this price point, it's going to be a used machine. Here's the sad story of my cheap machine: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=201110... and my basic advice on buying a beginner machine: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AtVc8...
