How would you accessorize a mint green lace dress with a thin black belt?

I bought a seafoam/mint green lace dress that is belted with a thin black ribbon for New Years Eve and I suck at accessorizing, so I wanted to get the opinion of others. I'm probably gonna wear a black wedge, so I was thinking black and gold jewelry, but I'm not certain just yet. Help?

Here's a dress that looks sorta similar, but mine is a bit more green: http://cdn-s3-0.wanelo.com/product/image/2215687/o...

Update:

I forgot to add a few things. I have stretched ears, so I'll probably just wear simple black plugs and I have a sleeve, so bracelets tend to make my arms look too busy if I wear them. The neckline on my dress is a much lower scoop and I always feel like something is missing when my chest is bare like that. Thanks for the reassurance thus far though.

Update 2:

Ashlee, what I said was absolutely called for. You referred to all mixed people you've seen as plain or funny looking. My judgment was totally warranted. There's nothing I need to reevaluate in my life. I'm happy as can be and I'm not some racist jerk. Responding to an idiotic post doesn't make me an “internet thug,” following me to respond to my question with threats, on the other hand, does make you an internet tough guy. I'm an adult. Children with puffed up chests don't scare me. I'd absolutely say anything I said on your question to you in person. Maybe you should evaluate your life and why you think it's “not rude” to make disparaging remarks about people of mixed race.

Update 3:

Mitzi, who do you think you're fooling? You're not asking why people get tattoos with an open mind and a willingness to see things from the other side. If you were, you wouldn't ask the question with the false air of superiority that you did. It's pretty obvious that you're doing it, so that after you get answers that aren't going to satisfy you that you can disparage others to feel better about yourself. That's why I reported you. Calling everyone that answered your question a dumbf*ck because they disagree with you and ask you for reliable articles or research done on current ink brands that prove their toxicity is a violation of yahoo answer guidelines. I'm a big girl, it takes a lot more than a stranger saying ignorant things regarding tattoos to offend me. I never said that I've never looked down on someone. Everyone does, it's human nature. The difference between us is that I look down on people due to their actions, not their appe

I agree with the gold jewelry! I would wear a chunky gold necklace for sure. Maybe even a collar necklace if you like that style. But definitely something chunky! And pair it with some gold rings.

Yahoo is being a wee bit nasty right now and wont allow me to pick a best answer but I just wanted to share my response::

YES I AM AWARE IT IS PERSONAL PREFERENCE. I was hoping to gain a point of view from another person. Jen seriously? I want to be able to know what it looks like from the other side of the fence. And I know what I said in the other question but mostly likely you reported me because I offended you, also don't pretend you have never looked down on someone. I am not afraid to admit that I have and will continue to do so. I wrote another question so I could try again to comprehend something I cant seem to understant. Are you aware that tattoo ink is toxic, or is lead and arsenic just pixie dust to you? And I can think whatever I want. I think a body is not a canvas so excuse me if I voice my opinion. Jen I was hoping someone would show me why a tattoo makes a difference. It doesn't. To all those wanting to cherish a memeory or loved one there are more thoughtful and meaningful way to do so. To the individual who got a tattoo in honor of his fallen brother why not visit veterans in the VA to show that you are grateful for their service? Or do something worthy of your brother? A tattoo in my mind is lazy. You obviously feel strongly enough to want an everyday reminder, why not do something that will last? When you die your Tattoos (stories) will be gone if that is the only thing you did to represent your life. There is just so much more people!

Source(s): I see you aren't not aware this is the Internet. We interneters tend to say whaaaatevva we want. Plus you don't know us. Trying to give us words of advice is like giving carnivores a nice vegan salad. So I bid thee farewell I hope I never have the misfortune of coming across you in my net travels again. (Also you're an adult? Why are you reacting like a child hahaha stupid)

Yes, black and gold sounds nice!

Personally, I wouldn't wear a necklace with that because I like to keep things simple, but I think that the earrings/ rings/ bracelets could be gold and that would be perfect with the dress, especially for New Years Eve.
