What sea creatures do you think would exist if the world was 90% water?
i don't mean 'all the fish' or something like that (no offense to you, my mom did that though). But what sea creatures do you think would exist in that world?

It would be very similar to this world except that there would probably be few or no animals which had returned to the water. Instead, those ecological niches would be filled by animals which had never left the ocean in the first place. That would mean no turtles, sea snakes, sea iguanas, whales, dolphins, seals or sirenians. Instead, there would probably be various fish or shark-like animals in those roles, although probably there would still be sea birds. Looking at it from the perspective of the ocean, that would only mean 28% more water than there is now. The land would be more different than the ocean because there would probably be more isolated populations and more opportunity for evolution to take place.

The world is already 75% percent ocean, the sea creatures would not be that much different. There would be more of them, since there would certainly be less humans. Actually I think the land creatures would be much different since the environmental pressures would be greater.
