If i went to the doctors for a scrape/scars injury what will the medical records say ?
I had a ton of scars and scrapes and went to the doctor, If i went and retrieved my medical records for that accident, what will it say? will it say what happened like a description ?

Yes it will say that you have a lot of scars, and if you tell the doctor how you got the scars then it will be recorded..............
