Before this question can be answered one has to know ones blood type.
There is a "new" science out now that concentrates on the
"Eat Right for Your Blood Type" The book written by dr .Peter D'Adamo is
gaining recognition throughout the medical world.
Just as one cannot mix blood types in transfusions or birth so one cannot
ignore blood types in diet-foods.
My blood type is B.Corn has a very bad influence on my blood.
Corn is also bad for people with blood type O.
I have been following the blood type B for years.Being a senior and totally free of medications.
No high blood pressure.No diabetes,no cholesterol.To the amazement of my medical friends.
They say that I am lucky.Yes I say I'm lucky to have the knowledge and apply it,thanks.
My G.P. recognizing my knowledge asked me, how many eggs he should eat in a week.
The first thing I asked him what is your blood type ? You know,he said I don't know!!!
Well in that case, the conversation about diet has no point.
The testing of blood types was done by using blood of different killed animals ,then by chemicals and then an Estonian scientist discovered that he can use different foods and their reactions to
mark different blood types.
It is called coagulation factor.
The blood type B is the only blood type that can safely eat dairy products.
Lactose intolerance is something different.
Rice is one of the foods that a B blood type safely eat although there are reports that American rice
has a dangerous level of Arsenic (poison).
The 4 different major factors in blood types are A,B,O,and AB blood type.
So in order to give the right answer, one has to know the blood type.

Brown rice is healthier than corn due to the extraordinary amount of antioxidants found in brown rice but not most other grains. Both are healthy whole grains. White rice is all calories with little other benefit, so corn would be much better than white rice.

It honestly depends on the nutritional values of the sugars, carbs, saturated fats, fats, etc. Check and compare food labels... Good luck!
