What would happen if the magnets were in space?
I was thinking if the magnets were outside earth's atmosphere or away from any planet they would not have the property like like poles attract and unlike poles repel because the directional property is due to earth's magnetic field, pardon me I don't know magnetism in detail I just have general Idea. Can the magnets form large objects like any other planet or satellite, so what would happen if 2 bar magnets were in space ?

For practical purposes, 2 bar magnets in space would act just like they do here on the Earth.
While it is true that two bar magnets on the Earth's surface are influenced to some degree by the Earth's magnetic field, the fact that like poles repel and opposite poles attract (you stated this backwards) is not because of the Earth's magnetic field; they do this regardless of outside influences.

Magnets don't need to be around a planet. They act like magnets anywhere.
A planet can act like a magnet if that planet has the right properties. So if you are doing things with 2 bar magnets while on Earth, then you are really doing things with 3 magnets because Earth is acting like one of the 3 magnets.

The Earth's magnetic field is too weak to have a significant influence on strong magnets. In space, they would act just the same as on earth. The biggest difference would be the influence of gravity, not the earth's magnetic field.

Air has no position on a magnet's properties, so you can assemble your experiments here on the earth and get the equal result. Customarily, when you arrange magnets to repel, it is unattainable to prepare them to real repel every other. Repulsion is an unstable rotational equilibrium the place any imprecision can enable the magnets to rotate every other and purpose an attraction as an alternative.

They would act in the same way they do on Earth. Earth does not determine a magnets properties.

You need to go back to grade school. Magnets work the same in space as they do on Earth.

Interestingly michael faraday worked with electro magnets in the 19th century & also Bose, a genius ! I gather earthly magnetism is all generated by the mass of the earth, its rotation & its iron core so starting the other way round in space would be interesting to see wut it would attract !
