I have bleached spots on towels after washing?

I have a front loading washer and use high energy tide or gain that is placed in a loading tray. Sometimes after washing I find bleached spots on blue or turquoise towels. I do not use any bleach.

I had this happen when I used the bleach dispensing chute in the washer. Are you doing that in a previous load maybe? My appliance guy said that once you pour bleach down the dispenser you should follow with clear water to make sure it is rinsed. I stopped using it because it was just too much trouble. Now I start the water running, pour in my detergent (and bleach if I am using it) and allow it to mix before I put in the articles to be cleaned. Haven't had any adverse reaction for many many years now.

Perhaps the detergent is dripping directly on the towels. Thes concentrated detergents are really strong. Or perhaps someone is using a face cleanser that contains some sort of bleaching agent in it. Such as for pimples.
