considering moving to montana for my husbands work?

Ok so I have lived in the same place all my life, I have traveled some here and there as a child. Recently my husband has looked into oil rigging and we think we are wanting to make the move. What I would like to know is what should I be looking forward too? like weather , economics wise, people meeting,,,,,I am 24 lived in missouri all my life I am freaking excited yet very anxious about such a large change in our lives. any tips would be most helpful.

Update:

I did already here the mention of a camping trailer :( not that I don't like camping but the good Lord knows I couldn't live in one for a extended period of time. I don't understand why someone said wages were poor there,,,oil boom right? these guys make hella money out there and I wold much rather be on the other end of the gas pump,

It will be like living in a work camp. Hard to explain to someone who's never lived/worked in an oil boom town. It will be sort of like camping. Assuming you're going to eastern Montana it will be flattish rolling plains. Not very exciting. Western Montana is beautiful.

I looked around on the internet and it seems to be that there are jobs, but no housing available. Find out more before you go. I read wages are poor...
