I got this text and I would like to know where it was from?

I'm currently in America, and I got this text at about 2 AM(my phone was off so I saw it in the morning btw) I have NO IDEA where it's from, and I don't plan on calling back cause that would cost me. I just want to know, I don't need to know who just where.

I'm pretty sure the rest is the person's private number so I covered that up, if you could help me that would be great. The main reason I can't tell is because my phone doesn't up the phone number by sections like most phones do, so if it's in North America don't call me an idiot for not being able to tell I'm not very educated on these things.
