What is youtubes current video resolution?
wondering if anyone knows the current aspect ratio or resolution ( whatever its called) on youtube. thanks for the help

By clicking the 'gear' in the Youtube player you can see the resolution. Resolutions that youtube supports are 240p, 360p, 480p, 720p, 1080p, 2K, 4K. The higher resolutions will only be available if the video was uploaded in that res.
Videos are generally in 16:9 or 4:3 aspect ratios but they come in other aspects too.

720 x 480
I always export in 1280 by 720 which is what YouTube recommends as that's the size of most people's screen. In other words when they play on full screen it doesn't lose quality.
