Where are you? (Zip code if in the U.S.)

Exactly what are you using for a signal source? An antenna? What is it (make & model, or complete description), and where is it installed?

Edit your question with the missing info and a usable answer should follow.

Type your address into www.antennaweb.org to show you what stations you might be able to get with an indoor vs outdoor antenna. It will show you a street map so you can position your antenna for a better line-of-site to the towers.

If you get No stations - I suspect you do not have the antenna connected correctly.
