Is B cup too small for 15?

I'm 5' 4" and a B 34. I don't really have a super curvy body. Is that too small?

    Not at all. I'm 17 and I wear a size 36 B

    Nope. Some don't even get larger then that. You're not done growing yet so they may still have some growing to do, but I wouldn't worry about it...
