Would i need a 2 channel amp to connect to 2 subs with dual voice coils?
I have 2 alpine 15 inch subs with dual coils rated at 4 ohms (4+4) which, from what I've heard, I can wire it at either 1 or 4 ohms. My plan is to go the harder route and go for 4 ohms. Would I need to find a 2 channel amp rated at 750w at 4 ohms per channel or would I be able to get a 1500w at 4 ohms on 1 channel and just bridge the sub.

Id go with the monoblock amp.2 channel is good and all but the monoblock amp is made for straight bass.and bridging the two subs together has a greater impediance
