Problem with Instagram?
A few people I know on Instagram follow me, that I want to follow back. But their accounts are private & whenever I try to click the follow button it goes to the request image then disappears back to the follow button. This happens whenever I try to follow a private account on instagram. Is this happening to anyone else?

Hello. I've experienced this as well. Now just to be sure, does it say "No Photos" where the "This User Is Private" supposed to be??? If so, then that means you've been blocked by that person. I'm aware of this because this has happened to me. It's like you try to click on the follow button, it says request for like 0.5 sec then goes back to the original blue follow button. Now i'm pretty sure it's either that, or Instagram is seriously acting up. To test it out, try making an alias account follow yourself, then block yourself with your alias account. Try to follow the alias account again, and if it does the same thing your experiencing then you know if you've been blocked or not. I really hope I helped.
