19) Both .jpeg and bitmap files are image files. So it would be B.

10. I'm not sure about your answer, because a USB Removable Disk/Drive is recognised by any operating system not only bay Win XP! Think about it more.
If I were you I'll give "C", because USB Drive is a rewriteable. But I don't guarantee of it.
19. It should be "B", although you can save it to any location.
The Downloads folder only contain things you download from the internet.

Everything is correct except 19 which should be B. It's possible to set it for My Downloads -- but that's misconfiguration.
