is it possible to cut three monthly pay normal sim into micro one?

I have heard about few cutters available on internet but unsure about with three network . im planing to use into iphone 4s. Plz help

    If you go into your carrier and ask for a new sim for your iPhone, they will do it for free. Save your money dude.

    Contact the service provider, they will provide you the micro sim
