after power outage my pc wont start error c0000218?
after a power outage my computer wont start windows it will boot and gives me the safe mode option i have tried all but nothing will work it will just take me to the blue screen with the error c0000218 registry file failure the registry cannot load the hive. i bought this comp used so i have no cd or nothing. please help what can i do??? if i can factory reset it in while rebooting it? ty

Hi,
That is most likely your only option as it sounds as if the power outage has damaged your windows installation.
If you have a recovery partition on drive D then consult your user manual to see how to use that to reset your pc to the factory defaults
Once you have done that purchase an Uninterpretable Power Supply to avoid this sort of problem in the future.

if your computer has a repair partition then boot into that, otherwise you may have to find a windows disk and follow the instructions for windows repair
