Heavy bleeding still pregnant?

Ok so I went to the doctor on the 31st of november for a saline untrasound because of some very strange cycles and wasa informed I was pregnant so they couldnt do the procedure, they then did a transvaginal ultrasound due to the irregularity of my cycle there was no real way to determine the timeframe. I personally know I couldnt have been more than four weeks though. but he did the ultra sound but said there was thickened endometris(sp) but no sak so it was either really early or a miscarriage, I got my blood drawn and my levels were 396 so then I start bleeding and cramping, I was hoping it was due to a cyst that was seen on my ovary during the ultrasound and it wasnt a miscarriage, I went to the ER and it was deemed a threatend miscarriage and there was nothing they could do but wait and check my levels again in a few days. I never really bleed heavy but i did pass rather large clots it stopped after about three days. My mother passed away and I admit I kind of forgot to go back to the doctor for blood work. SO now I am terrified because I'm not sure I could handle going back and finding out the worse. I'm just now gathering myself together from losing my mother. I know your all going to say go to the doctor I know that I am I'm just trying to get the courage but was maybe hoping i could find someone on here who had been through something similar to this before like had some bleeding similar and still been pregnant. For a while i hadnt had any symptoms but for the past fews days it seems as though they are coming back my breast are extermely sensitive and im so tired and nausea just like I was feeling the week before i even went to the doctor but never put it together is it also possible i did have intercourse the week after the bleeding stopped i may have gotten pregnant again maybe? like is it possible to get pregnant that fast after a miscarriage? Again I m going to go to the doctor just looking for some hope from someone who has expereince. thanks.
