How can I check my brothers web history?

I want to see what he does but he does it in incognito mode. Would I need to contact The ISP?

    Hook up a second cable to the back of the computer and a second screen somewhere, eg closet., set computer to clone screen

    Or

    Have a external video recorder on a hook it up to the pc (eg Xbox/ps3 video recorder)
