What is the easiest and cheapest way to make international calls from the U.S.?
I have a friend in Jamaica who I would like to talk to. He uses a cell phone but it's not a smart phone so he cant get any of the apps that allow us to talk for free if both people have the app. So I'm trying to figure out a way that I can call him that is very cheap. I would like it to be free but I haven't found anything like that besides the apps. I was looking at Rebtel which seems to be the cheapest but if anyone has any other ideas I would greatly appreciate it! Thank you

Yes it's! They have a normal sat fee for there global calls no matter the place you are, its excellent i exploit it all the time to speak to my spouse and children in Australia it is really just right i reccomend you utilize it! It's less expensive and a few networks cost ridiculous amounts of cash for calls espically worldwide so go woth skype!!!! :D just right success!!

There's an app called 'Viber', it's free and it's probably the easiest way. Give it a try.
