Seeing black splotches, 24 weeks pregnant?
I hit my nose pretty hard earlier today at work, and it left a bump on it. Now (few hours later) I am seeing black splotches NOT the little black specks you see sometimes but it's like the splotch you see when you look into the sun and then look away. It seems like it's only in my right eye but not sure. Could this be because I hit my nose or what? I feel fine.

It could definitely be because you hit your nose if it was really hard. But I would get it checked out by a doctor since you're pregnant. Seeing black splotches suddenly a few hours after the injury isn't normal. Call your OB and ask if you should be checked out.
