How reliable is godaddy?
I'm learning dreamweaver right now, and want to use godaddy, but I'm worried about being screwed over by them. I heard that some domain registrars will not let you use your domain with anyone else if you stop using them, and stuff like that.
Where can I find all the small print and terms and conditions on godaddy? And is there any domain and web hosting site better than them?
nodaddy.com doesnt work, I think godaddy had it taken down.

I've had several websites hosted by godaddy for years, consecutively and have had no problems. nearly 100% uptime for 6-7 years. although I've heard all kinds of stories.
you could always start out with a free host for a while just to learn, but a domain name and hosting hardly costs anything, so it's up to you.
