Fear of getting brain damage, am I being rational?

I'm 24 and I acquired migraines and I'm extremely stressed about almost everything. I get migraine auras where I see double vision, dizziness, and my headaches feel more like tension headache's and pressure as though somebody is sitting on the base of my skull. Sometimes I get facial numbness from the pain, have trouble speaking and thinking clearly because my mind is racing about me getting brain damage, becoming unconscious and losing control so I get panicky. I've seen so far, two neurologists and have taken a cat scan w/o contrast and an mri w/o contrast and they all came back negative. I get very little sleep and I'm always sleepy during the day and have very little energy. I've taken blood tests and my tests reveal I'm healthy. I don't drink, smoke, do any drugs and I'm married to a pretty supportive man. I was told I had anxiety, depression and stress and given psychotropic medications in which I discontinued to take in fear of getting brain damage. I stopped taking birth control pills and I barely take pain killers because they can cause liver problems. I take my health very seriously and I feel as though I'm a hypochondriac. My biggest fear is to live like a vegetable and have everyone doing things for me. I've seen that happen to my grandpa after a vehicle accident and he eventually died.

Update:

Edit: I'm not a big fan of Western Medicine, they cause a lot of liver damage. I'm an herbal supplement person, but the lasting effect of herbal supplements wear off a lot quicker. I also take vitamins, and homeopathic pills to calm my nerves.

I think you are just overly stressed. Try to relax. Get a massage and unwind. You are going to be alright. Take a deep breath and relax. Tell your doctor your issues and he or she will help you thru it. We all go thru stressful times. I know you will come thru in the end.
