How to permanently remove Winzip Optimizer Registry?

I've recently tried to download Utorrent and they had offered me Winzip Registry , being careless I pressed yes. Later on I had went on and located it in my control panel to uninstall. Well it supposedly did but it keeps popping up every time I turn on my laptop i always back to the control panel to uninstall it says error can't uninstall . To make the story short every time I turn on my laptop it comes up. I try to press the "X" on the application but its as if the "X" isn't there. Please help
