router help please. installed router so i would have wi fi?
i have the pc hooked up to the router and it works fine. also worked with the tablet until i created password protection for the router. now if i try to access wi fi the line shows disabled. it also does this with my phone. all was well until the password. router company has no idea what i am talking about so no help there. the tablet works fine outside the home. thanks for any help.
when i enter the password on the phone or tablet the line shows disabled or "unable to connect"

You have to enter the password into your tablet, phone, etc. so it can connect to the wireless router. The password is on the bottom of the router unless you changed it yourself. If the router has an AOSS button, press it and that will allow your phone and tablet to connect without entering the password.
