Can you put frozen chicken breasts in a pressure cooker. How long to finish

i have the pc hooked up to the router and it works fine. also worked with the tablet until i created password protection for the router. now if i try to access wi fi the line shows disabled. it also does this with my phone. all was well until the password. router company has no idea what i am talking about so no help there. the tablet works fine outside the home. thanks for any help.

there appears to be hundreds of cookies on this computer. is this a normal amt and if i delete all of them will the computer run faster and not "freeze" so often. as you can tell i do not know much so any help as always is greatly appreciated. thanks!!
