any suggestions for something like an ipad but not as costly?
it is for an 11yr old girl so does not need all the bells and whistles available. as always tech savvy i am not so any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

well for an 11r old i would suggest she doesn't need an ipad, try an ipod touch 2nd or 3rd generation to reduce costs, but if your sure of a tablet go with either the Motorola Xoom, got one and love it or the Samsung Galaxy Tab its got good reviews
