why is firefox constantly "not responding"? i don't have any tabs open.?
i still don't know a lot about computers but i did go to the firefox trouble shooting site and nothing helped. also, how often should a computer be replaced. i am not a gamer.

Firefox tends to be glitchy sometimes
Try using google chrome instead. it is ideal for people who don't know a lot about computer.

you don't need to replace your computer, so long as you are able to do what you want to with it comfortably.
A computer may last between 4 to 5 yrs or more if well maintained.
I would suggest you make sure you have a good antivirus program, there a many free ones out there for you to download.
