If not for that penalty the Texans could have run the clock out, if the Bengals win, would the Texans be mad?

Update:

I guess this just turned out to be a hypothetical, but that penalty could have cost the Texans the game as the clock stopped.

Update 2:

@Boise Brett - No they stopped the clock, else knees would have done it, they had to get another first down after the illegal blow to the helmet.

    The clock kept going, they went to the 2 minute warning after the call and are now a couple knees away from going to New England.

    It stopped for the moment, but because the penalty was on Cincinnati they started the clock again after they were done calling the penalty. They got the first down on the play action with about 2:20 left, then it ran down to 2 minute warning.
