Is my daily diet and fitness good? what cud be the results?

I always eat fruit and drink water from Monday through Friday.. and I train about an hour and thirty minutes from Monday to friday as well, I never drink soda.. only energy drinks like power-ade and water. I eat kinda normal tho like chicken and fries for dinner

How much weight could I loose in a year?

can someone give me an estimate amount please..

    Well..I'm sorry to say but energy are not in any way good for you. Cut them out and eat more vegetables and meat. Eat fruit just dont eat too much(high in sugar).
