Is Pacoima CA Dangerous?

Is Pacoima a dangerous neighborhood to live in? There was this black Jamaican lady who lived there and was a staff in Covina and she was 21-22 at the time I was 13-14 and She's about 28-29 now. I liked her so much and grew obsessed with her. Back in 2006 when she was a on call staff and she was so hot and her name and I even overheard her giving another staff her phone number and I now had her phone number. She has a bad attitude but I don't care she's hot. I have been trying to add her as a friend since 2008 and I am still trying to get her to add me as a friend on Myspace and Facebook and the first time I tried sending her a message trying to tell her it was me and we had a good conversation it always told me that there was an error getting my message sent and it said that she set it to where only her Myspace/Facebook friends can send her a message. I didn't want to text her because then she would think I'm a stalker. So instead I keep saving every new default picture she puts up on the display. Her display only shows her picture, headline, and where she lives and the rest is private. She lives in Pacoima and I want to know if it's safe because I live in Redding and I am thinking about paying a taxi to go to her place and knock on her door and tell her it's me and that I like her and we had a good conversation. I googled her and I found her her address and I was thinking about paying a taxi to go over. Is it safe in Pacoima Ca? I googled map her address and the neighbor looks ghetto with some graffiti and it has a lot of run down old fried chicken & Mexican restaurants there. Btw I'm white and I'm obsessed with this Jamaican hottie. I see other girls my age like 18-21 interested in me but I WANT Angel Facey! She's hot and I can't get this woman off of my mind and I can't move on!! I hope she doesn't have a man because I want this woman and I want to spend the rest of my life with this woman!!
