Is it legal to threaten home invaders?

I sent this note to an attorney who favors gun control. Am I correct?:

. It is so very true that crooks will make victims of criminals, but the law favors the real victim saying, You "fear for your life" when your home is invaded. That means the law protects homeowners to the extent you are justified in using deadly force to protect yourself---they have no legal right intruding uninvited.

. FBI statistics show one increases their chances of surviving home invasions by 50% if armed. Statistics also show almost half of U.S. households are armed. With the economy and Obama's re-election, that number is increasing.

. My first line of defense is a small dog that barks at anything. If they persist and kick a door or window in, invaders mean harm and my wife is trained to push a panic button on the bed's headboard. It is hooked to the burglar alarm as there is only seconds to survive. For those without alarms, park the car near the bedroom window and use its alarm's remote.

. If they don't run at that, they mean to kill you before you dial 911. Criminals have a saying: "Dead men tell no tales"--there is no time to spare and it will be over before you could dial 911--the police will arrive later to call an ambulance or the mortician.

. There is a reason why the Constitution allows arms for a Militia. That is for home protection, and our Christian forefathers knew this world is not Heaven, yet.

. I tell her to have a plan and rehearse frequently when she hears unexplained noises. In the headboard is a 1,800 lumen flashlight to blind the intruder and a Taurus Judge. The first shell to chamber is a blank for warning (they are legal in AZ, even in city limits). Next is a .410 loaded with buckshot and copper slugs. It won't miss, shouldn't kill, and gets the point across. Next is a 150 grain, cupped-nose .45 shell that will scoot an invader backwards in their tracks.

. Of course we trust in God and hope He never uses us to execute His justice, but I often think of some bad boys who arm-robbed a gas station in California, then a liquor store in Lake Havasu, Arizona. Driving to Needles, CA, they shot a customer at a Jack-in-the-Box, and were even under pursuit by a police helicopter.

. Listening to their scanner in a residential district, one armed man demanded a young man, looking at the helicopter, get his car keys. "They're in the house", he replied.

. His father, a licensed gun dealer, instructed the boy to not return outside and hid behind the door. When the armed thug entered he was shot in the neck.

. One degenerate was jailed and the other, thanks to God's mercy, is still alive but now on his back looking upward while affixed to a respirator. He has years to spend in that position and wonder why he did not accept God's grace.

. In Costa Rica my workers couldn't even hit a gallon bucket at 20 ft. I called my wife to demonstrate her skill and each bullet that entered the can was followed with my "Ladron!" That means robber, and the word spread in the community: My wife shoots straight. We have no incidents to speak of because . . .

. Sometimes it is better to prevent an incident before it starts, and in the U.S. this poster is warranted: http://revelado.org/concealedcarry.pdf Criminals would love your home to have a sign saying "No Firearms Allowed on Premises."

Blessings, Charles Clever

What you have just described is called Castle Law with No Duty to Retreat. Castle Law states that you have the right to defend your life and property, while no duty to retreat means that you do not have to run from an intruder. You have the right to defend yourself while somewhere you are legally allowed to be.

Not all states that have a Castle Law have no duty to retreat but most do.

Roughly 2/3 of the United States have laws that allow precisely what you have described.

If you intend to build your confidence.  If you intend to sense self. Then that https://tr.im/ttptR is the problem you know.

With this specific program, Patriot Self Defense you will learn therefore many forms of actions from different self-defense disciplines since this system presents you an toolbox of movements that will be very acceptable to be used particularly if you are involved in a negative and dangerous situation.

To make it simpler this system also includes video so that if simpler for you yourself to fallow and learn it stage by step.

I have 3 guns in the house + my wife has a real good Pepper Blaster Gun she can carry with her till she gets her CC permit. I may give a warning first before i shoot an invader, depending on if they are still outside or in. If in they just get shot, before they can get us. If you wait for the police it may be too late!

Honestly? How will he, or she, know it is "infected" with an STD? This reminds me of the "Beware of Pit Bull with AIDS" warning sign I saw back in the 1980s, after they discovered HIV/AIDS. First, most STDs simply do not survive outside of the body that long. If they did, you could become infected by using a public restroom, swimming pool, or anything else that is shared by people. In most cases, it takes direct contact with a sore or body fluid to infect a person, and then they have to have an open wound or it be in an area where it can be absorbed. You reliaze, of course, that when you FIRE a firearms that it heats up drastically due to the expanding heated gases, yes? So, if there is any blow by, such as at the muzzle when the bullet leaves, the gases could cook the virus before it even gets to the "threat." So, let's just say that you figure out how to do this and get the virus into his/her body. You realize that deliberately infecting someone with an STD is illegal in most areas, right? So, this could very well bump the self defense charge out the window and crank it up to Premeditated Murder, which could carry the Death Penalty. Do you really want to help the courts fry you for self defense this way? They're going to TRY to have you seen as a murderer, or worse, so why help them? If s/he is infected, then they may be able to sue you for doing it to them. They can already sue you for defending yourself, so... What if you miss? What if you hit your wife or kids? Or, it goes through the wall and hits someone outside? OK, which is a graver crime, with no pun intended? Premeditating how to kill an attacker by "infecting" a bullet with an STD. It's not bad enough that most of the US sees firearms owners as scum today, but you're actually giving them additional reasons to ban weapons and loath people who simply invoke their rights? This is akin to making bullets more deadly by loading with explosives or sawing them with "X" marks in the tip so they tear up worse. It's bad enough that you can use legally purchased ammunition in self defense and face "cruelty" charges, but just a little tampering with a round can add up to being worse than Hitler with the Jews. If you really want to "put someone down" in your home, use a shotgun. Just the sound of a racking slid is a threat that most hardened felons won't push. If you have to use it, it usually only takes one round to drop anyone who isn't on drugs. A shotgun is one of the few weapons that can be counted on to stop a dangerous animal that is charging you, which is why it is often carried on hunting trips. The range stinks, but...

Jack is pretty good. They have the best jalepenos and egg rolls of any fast food restaurant. They have good curly fries and decent regular fries. Their potato wedges are pretty good and they brought back the grilled sandwiches which are pretty good too. Next time you go I recommend the Deli Trio it has salami, ham, turkey, provolone cheese, pickle strips and creamy italian sauce very good sandwich. Try the Chicken Fajita Pita sometime too.
