At heart, do you think politicians are all the same?

Most. They are out for their job just like anyone.

I put politicians in three categories.

The worst of the worst: There are those politicians who are only in politics for what they can get out of it. They are total sleeze-bags. Sadly there are too many of these.

The best of the best: Politicians who are in politics purely for the benefit of the human race. Their numbers are very few, sadly.

All the rest. Politicians who want to do good but also don't mind the perks that go along with the job and feel that they have earned those perks. Most politicians fall in to this category.

Most are egomaniacs and narcissists in it for the money, power, and fame. The best politicians are those that don't need to be politicians. Many make a lifelong career out of it.

In a way.

I don't think very many people are attracted to politics unless they are drawn to power and are adept at manipulating people.

But some politicians are more honest than others.

I've said it a million times: A Republican wants to take what you have and give it to his boys in Industry. A Democrat wants to take what you have and give it to some undeserving slob. At the end of the day... how's your wallet feeling?

Some are some just want to live their dream it all depends

I don't think it starts out that way, they just wind up that way.
