So who won the promo CM Punk or The Rock?

CM Punk for sure, he spoke the truth, and didn't need to use any sexual catch phrases to get his point across.

I didn't smell what the Rock was cooking last night because he phoned in some takeout. Punk's promo blurred some of the lines between reality and fiction, which made him more believable as his role as a heel.

Cookiepuss was a flop. The crowd wasn't nearly into that chant as they were for say..."popcorn fart" with Coach all those years ago. Popeye on crack? Please. He forgot the word "pipe" of all things. The "20" line was okay. and Rock redeemed his promo towards the end where he actually built up Punk some.

Cm punk won easy, same old with the rock, needs new material, but I'm gonna enjoy this feud becuase it will be over before you know it.

I didn't think either guy "won" necessarily. Both guys did extremely well. From the moment Punk took the mic, he was there to put the Rock over. He ran his mouth for a solid 10 minutes just to get the fans ready for Rocky to shut him up even more.

Punk is absolutely awesome when he's pissed, but I wouldn't say either guy "won".

GOD WON! (PUNK) the rock got more mic time but i got lost cause it was boring. everything punk said was true. and i have to go with punk on this one. i have to admit though.... if i was in punks position i would have started cracking up. not because the rock was funny or anything cuz he wasnt

punk did nothing but whine complain while rock threw in jokes and actually funny jokes unlike cena corny a s s jokes and insult and embarass punk. punk said nothing about rock or insulk rock all he did was say he cant be beat cause he god thats not good promo
