Bose is plastic build but is the most comfortable headphones in market
And noise cancelling is also top notch..but it is not durable
And cool looking like beats

I don't have the beats but I do have the Bose qc15 and I really like them. Nothing's been wrong with them so far and I don't complain about the looks there really comfortable and things around you can get really quiet when you put them on and it does not leek. I recommend the Bose.
