i download torrents more than 4mbps ..and my connection is of 1mbps..so when i download from chrome it gives download speed of 100kbps.but on torrents i get 4mbps download..how is this possible..and how can i get that speed everywhere?

so i have repacked assassins creed 4 black flag by rg mechanics...

the torrent says that it is not recoded

and removed voice except english and russian

and removed multiplayer

so what does it mean by ? does it has lower quality graphics or sound ?

and does it has cutscenes?

but den too for some devices its lagging and vice versa..
