what is repacked game?

so i have repacked assassins creed 4 black flag by rg mechanics...

the torrent says that it is not recoded

and removed voice except english and russian

and removed multiplayer

so what does it mean by ? does it has lower quality graphics or sound ?

and does it has cutscenes?

i have downloaded torrent from this link

    It means what it says literally. Only english and russian languages are available to choose within the game. All other language files are removed to make the download small so that you don't spend too much money on your internet bills. Also multiplayer mode and all multiplayer related game files are completely removed for OBVIOUS REASONS. In game cutscenes and audio quality is LOSSLESS so don't worry about it.
