Item from ebay hasn't shipped yet!?

i have purchased bowers & wilkins c5 earphones from ebay.

First i hav got item for 103.49$ & showroom price is 179.99$

Yes i have got it way cheaper!

My second mistake is that the seller has no positive feedback ! He dosent have any feedback

I have mailed him for checking the authenticity of the item.he has replied quickly that the item is 100% authenticate and you had a good deal

He has given the trackingno 9405503699300143267512 for us mail

But us mail is not showing the status of the item!

The item expected to be arrived 2 days before .but i dint recieved the item yet

So should i file a case? Or i should wait a little more

i am bit worried because the seller has no feedback!
