Can I use Royalty-free loops to use in my music and post it on youtube?
I bought these P5 Audio loops and I'm going to be using pre made loops not created by me and use them to make music and post on youtube. I'm using Garageband and just going to put in my singing.Is this illegal?

I know P5 and I think I should clear one point. When we buy Construction Kit or a loop according to license terms we are suppose to use that in our musical composition but not alone.
Please note Royalty Free Music License terms varies from vendor to vendor.
I am copying some license terms of P5 just for reference. You can check their website yourself. Check the 5th condition:
TERMS AND CONDITIONS for the Production Toolz and Liberator Series
1) The sounds, loops, and samples offered by P5Audio (Licensor) are royalty free.
2) The sounds, loops, and samples offered by P5Audio (Licensor) and its affiliates are licensed, not sold to you for use in your software and or hardware.
3) The license granted is granted solely to the original user/purchaser (Licensee) of the product. This license is not transferable or saleable.
4) You may not resale, re-license, loan, copy, assign, rent, upload, download or distribute in any way the sounds licensed to you by P5Audio and its affiliates to another user. In addition, these sounds cannot be offered in a competitive product.
5) You may edit, change and modify sounds. These sounds are for commercial purposes within musical compositions and productions.
Did you see the 5th condition, "withing musical compositions and productions"
I think you better clear from P5 what for you need music? If you have already done that is great.
For youtube in the video description you must mention that Song and music or whatever you have composed belong to you. IF, in case someone file claim or get content ID match you just inform youtube that you are using Royalty Free music in your work with details.
Also it is must you should keep print out copy of any purchase and proof.
I used to use Royalty Free music in my work and on Youtube did not face any problem. But now I am making own music for peace of mind using software.

The previous answer given is correct. Most licensing allows the loops you buy or download to be used in a musical work but not on their own. You cannot redistribute the loops either.
