So, if this is going to take an hour and your artist charges $50 an hour, you will pay $50

It is impossible to give a rough estimate because it all varies

Some charge per tattoo, some charge per hour, some have a base rate that no matter what it is or how long it takes, you will pay x amount

If I were to provide an estimate I would say $125

That is without knowing the size of the font and your area and what artists in that area try to charge...
