International versions of textbooks...ethical?

I have found a much cheaper version of a textbook I need for school. I have looked up international versions, and read about what international versions are but I feel it's unethical. Am I right in thinking this? I know it's not technically illegal, but my conscious is killing me.

Update:

Rebecca- Lol but isn't it wrong to the publishers?

As a fellow student, I don't think it matters. Who cares where the textbooks come from? They're expensive as hell anyway, and you'll only be using it for a semester. Sure it's ethical.
