group A makes rules for group B to live by, while expemting themselves from said rules.
naturally, group A takes this to the extreme so that very few of group B can become "successful".
then group A promotes a campaign of demonizing the "successful" in group B. this makes the bulk of group B believe the "successful" in group B have taken advantage of them in some way. this splits group B into two groups. yet they are the same.
conversely, group A can be split into two definitive groups that while they are still in group A per se, they have their own intentions for causing such outcomes.
bottom line: group A...2 groups wanting 2 different outcomes, group B..potentially divided into a multitude of groups, remains group B.
how can this item be tweaked.

Group A is the Congress consisting of 2 bodies Senators and Congressmen (each containing 2 sub groups of Republicans and Democrats)
Group B are the taxpayers
Where is the Executive Branch (the President)?
Who has the majority?
Where is the Judicial Branch (the Courts)?
Where are the businessmen?
Where are the lobbying groups?
Many tweaks need to be made.

First you have to take back the media, that way you might be able to unite the masses. Then you have to educate people with common sense. Then you have to kill all racism and racist and establish a law that there is only one type of Americans and that is Americans. And the only elected officials should come from the people Although group A is from the people they never had to face the woes nor the concerns of group B so how can they stand in representation of a group they do not know Oh yeah and educate the people with common sense

The only thing I can't see is the split in group A. What can be the difference in their intentions if the results are the same?
But you should also add that group A not only makes the rules for group B, but that they charge them for the favor.

If only group A ACTUALLY exempts themselves.
Lest I remind you the the Democratic campaign actually raised a record in campaign funds--from THE WEALTHY...from those who ACTUALLY make more that 400K...so obviously, they are not too concerned about being taxed more.
Group B is no longer group B. Group B is divded and that is why you have Republicans, Neo-Cons, Libertarians, and Tea Party voters---and that is also why they can't win an election.
