This is the condition of being a newfag: not having been around internet to know how to answer these kinds of questions for yourself. HOWEVER... There is a simple solution to both of these problems. It's called 4chan. It is a great informative website where you can learn everything you need to know about the internet. If you have a PC, you will need to delete System 32 on your computer so that the site will run faster. Once you are on 4chan, don't be tempted to post your questions on there. This will just prove that you are still a newfag. To help you get started on 4chan, I will give you 2 very important tips for survival. 1. Learn how to triforce. Google it, and you can find instructions. 2. LURK MOAR!!!1

I had the same problem. All you have to do is verify your 9gag account from your email address.

go to 9gag -> on top in yellow it will show "verify your account, if you haven't got the email then click here to send again" -> click on send verification email -> go to email and verify -> upload without any difficulty like a boss.

if you are too lazy to do this than try another pc,smartphone,mac,etc. it surprisingly works.

Allthough I verified my email account, I couldn't upload a photo. It says "Oh, you made a mistake" everytime.
