How do you put in a new light bulb for the tail light of a 2002 Dodge Stratus?

I tried unscrewing the bolts in the trunk of the car and there is one that I cannot get undone. This one has a wire and holds the cover of the tail light and I don't want to break it. My mother said to pay someone to do this for me but I disagree. Can you help me?

Update:

I last tried doing this in the parking lot outside of an "O'Reilly Auto Parts" store in 20-degree weather. Brrrr!

Stop listening to mom. The tail-light comes out as a complete unit after the 3 plastic nuts are un-done. The light assembly is then removed, and then the electrical connector is given a 1/4 turn to the right, exposing the lamp. Replace and then bask in moms love while asking for cocoa! 3156 for a running light, 3157 for a brake light.
