If i built a cpu, the prices of processor, ram, power supply, casing, graphic card, hard disk, motherboard
i had knew it. But what about the price of operating system? I need a cheap one...

The power supply sometimes comes with the case, but don't count on it.
You could probably get windows xp 50 bucks cheaper than 7 (which starts around $100), but I don't think its worth it. If you really need to save money Ubuntu is free, but you'd have to learn how to use it.
If you need to find parts Newegg.com is the best place to go.
