My PC laptop keyboard has locked up; help?

Mouse works, keyboard does not (I'm on another computer, FYI)

I'm on VIsta on that PC; looking through Control Panel but can't quite figure it out; thanks.

    1. restart your computer, during the computer startup process, press the F2 key to see if you can enter the BIOS Setup.

    If you do not correctly enter the BIOS Setup, basic can be judged as keyboard data line is loose, taken to the local Service Center for inspection and maintenance.

    If you can enter the BIOS normally, instructions and hardware is not so much, what recommendations observations into the system keyboard will seize.

    update the keyboard driver & the adjustment for this should be in the control panel under keyboard. you can reboot & it may reset automatically
