My foot started hurting about a week ago. I had just started running regularly again (15 miles/week) and I noticed pain in my heel. My first thought was a stress fracture, but now I'm doubting that. I've been reading that most stress fractures are in the metatarsals (when they're in the foot) and this is definitely lower heel. If my heel was a clock, I would put the pain at about the '8' on the clock face (left foot) I stopped running almost a week ago just to be safe. I have a 1/2 I would like to do later this summer, so the prospect of resting because of a stress fracture is depressing.

Oh, and I actually don't really notice it when I ran on it.

I will go to the Dr if it persists, but I just thought I would throw this out there. Any thoughts appreciated, thanks.

I'm running a leauge for my three idiot friends who wanted to play FF after they watched "The League". I'm in a regular league (currently first!) and take that one more seriously, so this is just for fun. To say its been chaotic is an understatement. We don't have any rules for trades, $$ for FA pickups or an entry fee. Looking for suggestions primarily on number of players per team but anything else will be appreciated. We want to keep it a 4 man league for now. Thanks.

I have no clue why sites keep telling me to upgrade. For example, on Yahoo I get a bar on the bottom asking me to upgrade. It happens on other sites too but I don't recall off the top of my head.

Some sites I can't even do certain things and have to switch to Safari. I'm sure Apple would prefer that, but Firefox has always been good til recently.

I have a panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ3 Digital camera. I am getting an error message that reads "MODE DIAL IS NOT IN THE PROPER POSITION" I've tried to move the mode dial (obviously) and the message remains. I've messed with trying to take a picture with it, but nothing happens; the error message is stuck on and I can't do anything with it.

Can anyone tell me a reset or something? (And please, no smart *** 'put the mode dial in the right position' type answers!! Thanks.

I have a Sony KDF-60XS955. I have been looking around and cannot find out if it actually is a full 1080p or if its only 780. Any help? Anyone know for sure or where to look? Thanks

We are going here in March and would like input from anyone who has been here recently.

1) Our room is booked through our timeshare, but I am wondering if they have an all inclusive option available and can I pick the days I want to do it?

2) How bad is the 'chair saving' game at this hotel?

3) Do they have a DJ that cranks tunes all day, or is it (hopefully) a nice quiet and relaxing pool area?

4) We love to venture off property and dine out; any good restaurant recommendations?

I broke out with rashes after taking penicillin so I stopped taking it. But that was three weeks ago now and I still have rashes all over. They are a little better but not much. My doctor says they will go away sooner or later. I have been taking Zyrtec daily. Do I need to switch to something else? Is this normal? Anyone with medical credentials out there? Thanks!

I am at a website that requires IE. I am on a mac; version 10.4.11. Where do I download IE for mac? I went to the microsoft site, even called CS. I was told I needed an older version, 6.0 or earlier. This much I know, now I am stuck. Any help?

We are looking for next year. Have been to PV before and want to avoid all inclusive. We can't stand the food on AI anymore and PV has the best food in Mexico anyways! We are new RCI members and would like suggestions. It seems like most exchanges are AI. We are not trying to be cheap, but it just doesn't pay for us to go AI anymore.

The brightness of my screen goes down when I go on battery power. When I plug it back in, it gets brighter again.

However, now it is stuck in that 'low brightness' mode.

Can anyone help me? I am running Windows XP.

My wife wants to throw away some steak knives, but it doesn't seem like you should just toss them in the trash. Is there a way you are supposed to properly dispose of sharp objects?
