Should I sell my car as is or part it out?

I recently bought a new car and no longer need my old one. My old one is a 2001 Mercury Sable LS, and it was my daily driver until I bought my new car, but it has a lot of problems, nothing major. It has 133,000 miles on it. It's a 3.0 V6 24v, automatic, with options such as moonroof, ABS, cruise control, power driver seat, 6 disc CD changer, leather seats, etc. Heat and air work perfectly.

This is what's wrong:

I slid on ice last year and ran into a couple mailboxes and a sign. So, my car is dented in on both sides, there are paint scratches on the rear bumper and my drivers side headlight is busted out (but the headlights and everything still work, it just needs re-aligned). Also, the rear wheel wells are starting to rust. The inside is nice, but the leather on the drivers seat is torn up a little bit. The leather on the doors has peeled off as well. The brake light has been on for a few weeks - I have no idea why. The pads are somewhat new. The last thing is that I think there's a crack in the steering power fluid, because I have to refill it like twice a week.

I don't know whether it'd be best to sell as is or just part it out. I realize it's not a great car when it comes to parts, and I know I'm not gonna get much out of it, which doesn't really bother me. I just want to get rid of it.

Update:

I have a clear title for it as well. It's had 3 owners including me and my mom.

Parting out the car means you have to disassemble it. Are you going to be able to pull the radiator out of the car if someone wants to buy it? Can you take the transmission out if you get an offer for it? And then what are you going to do with the carcass once all the good parts are sold?

Parting out your own car is a stupid idea. Just sell it cheap and get rid of it.

I'd sell it. Parting a car out usually consists of very few people actually wanting anything and it sitting around for several months and not getting very much money anyway. Selling it will get rid of the car all at once and in my experience, yield more money.
