Why won't my HP Designjet 750C print in color?

Hello everyone, I have been having troubles with my HP Designjet 750C for a few months. My main problem is it won't print in color. It always said "Reseat Cartridge" for Magenta. I figured it was the Carriage Assembly, so I replaced that with a new one. The new Assembly worked for about two weeks before it gave me the same problem again. Except this time it is Cyan. So this time I decided to replace the Main Motherboard for the printer (the one one in the back) but it made no difference. Can anyone help me or have an idea as to what is happening. I would really appreciate your help.

Thanks in advance.
